RETURN & REFUND POLICY

The Return policy follow a 10-day return policy during which a customer may return an item that is undamaged, unworn, and unused with tags still attached within 10 days from when the item was received.

The refund policy is provided for any damaged or defective items, as long as any claims are placed within the agreed and up to 3 days, after the item/s is/are received.

​

Customers will contact Publead using contact@publead.biz with any requests for return/refund, within the allowed period, and Publead will then assist with processing the requests.

​

Buyer is allowed to get a refund only within the allowed period, if your item doesn't arrive, arrives damaged, or arrives not as described.

How long does the return/refund allowed period last and how can I initiate a return/refund?

​

The allowed period lasts 3 days (for refund) or 10 days (for return) from the date the item/s are delivered.  Any item with the label "Buyer protection" on its detail page is covered, with the exception of:

​

  • Items that you have damaged yourself

  • Personalized and custom-made items

  • Perishable items (such as flowers)

  • Items unsuitable for return due to hygiene or health reasons

If there’s a problem with your item, follow these steps as soon as possible and within the allowed period:

Contact the store

Let the store know what the problem is and upload/send any supporting info, like, images, screenshots, etc, to help you reach a satisfactory solution.

Make a return/refund request

​

The store initiates the request for the relevant order item/s and set the return & refund application.

​
Get refunded

​

The store request would indicate the reason/s for return/refund from the permitted provided list, upload any supporting information (as needed), such as pictures, videos, etc., and submit your application. The store would check back regularly the returns/refunds request to see the progress of the application.

If an item needs to be returned, who pays the return cost?
​
  • If you decide to return an item due to a change of mind or making the wrong size selection, then it will be up to you to cover the return cost.

  • If an item is defective, arrives not as described, or it's the incorrect item, then it will be up to the store to cover the return cost.

When will I receive my refund?

​

  • When approved, refunds can take 1-10 working days to arrive, dependent on your original payment method

  • Any due refund can be sent to your original payment method

​

Non-Returnable Items

​

The following items cannot be returned or refund:

​

Bodysuits, lingerie, underwear, jewelry, accessories, cosmetics, and any other items for which return or refund not being supported by the product supplier.
