SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
On the Publead Marketplace, shipping rates for many domestic (US) destinations are free.
However, there are items that weigh more or have larger dimensions than the typical apparel / accessory product. Therefore, there are some limitations. The shipping rate would be added, applied and be communicated with the client, so the product price also includes the shipping rates, which are higher than the maximum free shipping rate. Some examples of products where you might be charged for shipping, which are higher than the maximum free shipping limits:

Once the product has been shipped, the customer is notified with the tracking number, and the tracking number may be displayed under the record of the purchase order.

The number of delivery days vary based on the customer location and product types.

Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

After the order has been paid, the warehouse needs 1-3 days to process your order. The Customer will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions and other external factors. The delivery time frame will be longer than usual for orders that included preorder or/and customized items. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.

your package has not been delivered within the specified time;

the tracking information shows that the package has been delivered but you have not received it; or

your package includes missing/incorrect items,
